At this time, customers do not need to select a specific courier during checkout.

Orders are processed within a standard business timeframe after order confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within an estimated timeframe depending on the delivery location, courier partner, and logistical factors.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to remote locations, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if any, are also shown during checkout.

We do not charge any hidden fees.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details are shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available. Tracking information allows you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

If tracking details are not received within a reasonable timeframe, customers are advised to contact our support team.


Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, ShopHaven is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, operational issues, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times before marking an order as undeliverable. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping or refund eligibility will be handled as per our Return and Refund Policy.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require additional verification and may be canceled if delivery attempts fail or verification is unsuccessful.


Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or logistics requirements. There will be no additional shipping charges for split shipments.


International Shipping

Currently, ShopHaven ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
