At ShopHaven, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted, so you can shop with confidence.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
  • The return request is raised within the specified timeframe
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is provided

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted. ShopHaven reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria after inspection.


Return Timeframe

Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.


Refund Process and Timing

Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting necessary details

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Product availability may affect exchange timelines.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation at support@shophaven.in.

To help us resolve the issue, customers are required to share an unboxing video of the product.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  • Free gifts or promotional items

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by ShopHaven.

For returns due to reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, it is considered shipped and cannot be canceled. In such cases, the return process must be followed after delivery.
